Other Linux versions are also now available for pre-installation, however user persistence is not currently available for those options.

Boot your computer with the latest Ubuntu OS - risk free! Keep using it directly from the key, or if you prefer, install it to your hard drive and leave Micro$oft forever, OR shutdown, remove key, reboot and go back into Windows!

- How to use the key -

Plug in the key, Start your computer, press 'F2' (or as shown on screen) to enter BIOS setup, select booting from USB key BEFORE the Hard Drive or CD, save the BIOS settings, and reboot into Linux!

NOTE: Some things like Dial up can be tricky to setup, find your modem website for Linux drivers or call the Linux User Group in the whitepages for advice.

Available on 1GB (without extras), 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and subject to availability, 32GB USB Keys. Also available with Ubuntu / Kubuntu / DSL / Linux - but without user persistence. Please specify if you would prefer another OS on the key.

#1. 700MB of free alternatives to expensive Windows stuff like MS Office, Photoshop, Norton, etc! All tested by ITEX, list below.

#2. Windows portable software (eg. Portable Firefox, Gaim, OpenOffice, Thunderbird etc), take your data, web browser, emails, contacts and calendar wherever you go!

OR, if #1 and #2 are not needed, just delete & free up file space instead.
